READ MORE News Kevin Loic Balma- Now partnering with CIES We are pleased to announce a partnership with Mr. Kevin Loic Balma, our official recruiter from Burkina Faso. Kevin is a proud CIES alumnus who successfully navigated the academic pathway in the United States. After receiving his MBA, Kevin spent two years working for Capitol Preferred Insurance Company here in Tallahassee before returning home. He then began working for a small, but growing mining company supplier called International Equipment Suppliers. He loves working for this company, but as an entrepreneur, is looking to expand his business opportunities. Through the program he initiated called INTERNATIONAL STUDENT PATHWAYS (IS-PATHWAYS), he now wants to help others achieve their dreams and be just as successful in their quest for a degree from an American university. CIES and Tallahassee Community College (TCC) have partnered together to create an Academic Pathway for international students who want to pursue a Bachelor’s degree at Florida State University. If you complete the 6 th Level at CIES (High Intermediate), this meets the English language requirement for TCC. Complete two years at TCC and receive an Associate of Arts degree, then transfer to FSU for the final two years to get your Bachelor’s degree.
